Injection Technology

Cement accounts for 80% of the total embodied carbon in concrete production. It is also the most expensive material in concrete production. Our novel technology injects CO2 into concrete in a process called mineralization. This results in the usage of less cementitious content in concrete production while maintaining the same performance and integrity of concrete.

Our software allows for the administration of precise dosages of CO2 that integrates with the normal batching process of concrete plants. It also allows for early detection and system performance metrics remotely.
